P.S_Tattoo (Lauren Staziker)
Meet Lauren, a 26 year old artist that’s been in the tattoo industry for over 7 years. Originally from Manchester, Lauren has studied Fine Art and Graphic Design for over 7 years, including a explorative Foundation Diploma in Art and design. As a lifetime lover of traditional art techniques, she’s always had a deep fascination with producing realism pieces and perfecting the skill in capturing every detail and texture. By the age of 14 she’d begun selling her first pen & pencil realism portraits.
Lauren started her tattoo career at 18 years old, and has thrived enjoying the exploration of what can be achieved with needle and skin.
“The journey has been a wild one, with determination and creativity a must. It’s been my life’s dream to move to Cornwall, I’m so grateful to be where I am and for all the moments that have gotten me here. My absolute purpose is to live life with happiness, and see the art in everything. I hope to spread joy with each tattoo that I have the pleasure of creating, in a studio I’ve designed to create only good vibratioooonssss”
Styles: As an artist that’s learnt and trained with a large variety of styles, there isn’t many she doesn’t work with. However, here’s some of Lauren’s favourites: Realism, Watercolour, Dotwork, Fineline and Old Traditional.
Mischka Tattoo (Aleksandra Michalska)
Alex is a 30 year old tattoo artist from Poland and has been drawing ever since she could remember, getting inspiration from comic books and animation during early years. Her tattoo career started shortly after her arrival in the UK in 2014 and since then it just did not stop!
“I mainly use digital art as my tool - my introduction to graphic tablets and the magic of Photoshop started at the age of 10 and it was instant love. I still come back to traditional form (nothing can replace pencils and paper feel) but its way less common in my workspace.
My teenage dream was to become a concept artist in the video gaming industry (gaming being such a big part of my life) but life took me on a bit of alternative path and I discovered the beauty of applying permanent artwork on the skin.”
Alex covers a wide range of styles but Fineline, Sketch and Abstract hold a special place in her heart.
